The St Blaise Town Council is producing a Neighbourhood Plan for the St Blaise area. The first formal stage of the process requires the councils to apply to Cornwall Council for the neighbourhood Area to be formally designated.
The St Blaise Town Council has applied to Cornwall Council to designate the parishes of St Blaise as a Neighbourhood Area, in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012, which came into force on Friday 6 April 2012.
If this designation is made no alternative plan may be designated for that Neighbourhood Area until that designation expires or is withdrawn.
The Council is consulting residents and other interested stakeholders on this application. Consultation will run between 12th October and 23rd November 2012. You can comment by emailing us at email@example.com or send us your response in writing to the address at the bottom of the page.
Copies of the applications, which includes a copy of the application letter and a statement that explains how the City and Parish Councils and area meet the conditions of Section 61G(2) of the Town And Country Planning Act, 1990 are available to download below.
Copies of the documents for collection are available from Cornwall Council, Reception, 29 Penwinnick Road, St Austell, PL25 5DR
